High Performance Injection Molding Controller (MH Series)
A complete development tool (for editing graphics and PLC programs) is provided to meet the requirements of high-performance injection molding machine. The system employs a RISC 140MHz microprocessor, and features high speed, noise-immunity, fan-less, and low power consumption. The execution time of its closed-loop control may be as low as 1-2ms. The system HMI uses battery-free MRAM to prevent data (molding parameters) loss, and these molding parameters can be updated or backed up with an ordinary USB drives.

 
 
Mold Temperature Controller (MT Series)
Up to 48 temperature ranges can be set or accessed through serial Modbus communication. Main functions: PID close-loop control, proportional control, Auto-tuning temperature control, self-diagnosis, and self-protect temperature control.

 
 
Energy Saving Servo Pump (MP Series)
40 to 80% of the energy used in traditional hydraulic injection molding machine can be saved, the production cost is reduced and the competitiveness is enhanced. Oil temperature is kept low, and water saving is about 70%. Not only the service life of hydraulic oil is extended, but also the temperature and noise level in the plant is reduced, and the working environment is improved. With the high-efficiency internal gear oil pump imported from Germany, the discharge rate can be higher than 95%; besides, the pump can keep high efficiency operation under high pressure, low flow rate circumstances to meet the packing and energy saving requirements of the injection molding machine. General Specifications: Input voltage 380V, input command ±10V, working pressure ≤ 160 Bar.

 
 
Special-Purpose Controller (MX Series)
A complete development tool (for editing graphics, PLC programs, and analog command table) is provided to meet the requirements of special-purpose machines. The system employs multi-CPU architecture; the execution time of its closed-loop control can be as low as 0.2ms. Controller modules can be flexibly combined to satisfy customers’ demand for mechanism modularization. Up to 4 expansion racks can be connected. HMI adopts the x86 architecture, and the molding parameters can be updated or backed up with an ordinary USB drives. Online, runtime programmable PLC.

 
 
Production Information Networking Device (MWeb Series)
With internet connection capability, this device can obtain real-time information of machine utilization, yield, and production volume from anywhere with internet access. Up to 30 injection molding machines can be connected. Main functions: production capacity monitoring, historical production records backup, bookkeeping of machine alarms history and remote diagnosis, recording of molding parameters modification, and collecting process temperature data. Major applications: Production information collection, statistical analysis, managing and monitoring of injection molding machines.
