Trademark and Patent Management
The basic policy of intellectual property rights is to properly manage and protect the company's information, intellectual property, and assets simultaneously to avoid infringement on the intellectual property rights of third parties (including customers and suppliers). To improve product quality, value-added, and profit increasing, we actively conduct research and development of various technologies and products, and through search analysis and evaluation mechanisms, establish a sound strategic layout of intellectual property, global market trademarks, and expansion of patent application territory, diversified reward mechanism, regular policy education, and talent training.

Trade Secret Management
Mirle employee work conduct and employment contracts are as follows:
1. Employees have the obligation to keep the confidentiality of their business and the company's business.
2. Employees are not allowed to disclose any business secrets after taking office or resigning. Otherwise, the company has the right to trace and compensate the company for losses in addition to the right to dismiss.
3. Employees employed by the company shall not disclose or use trade secrets owned by the former employer.

To meet the needs of overseas business development, we carefully analyze our international intellectual property conditions and set up our application plan. Important implementation projects are established and regularly checked through work reports to cope with possible operational risks.

Intellectual property achievements in the past five years:
As of November 30, 2022, there were 514 patent applications, including 135 invention patents, 204 model patents, 9 design patents, 96 invention patents, and 3 new model patents. The patent application regions include Taiwan, China, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and the European Union.
Received Certification
We received the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS) A-level certification on December 31, 2022, and the certification is valid until December 31, 2024.
