Corporate Governance Officer
The board of directors passed a resolution in 2021, to appoint employees of the Financial Center - Financial Resources Coordination Department, as the corporate governance officer to safeguard shareholders' equity and reinforce the board functions. The Company's corporate governance officer has at least three years of work experience in compliance, finance, and shareholder service at publicly listed companies and meets the criteria as required by law. The corporate governance officer’s primary responsibilities are to handle matters related to the board meetings and shareholders' meetings as per law, prepare minutes of the board meetings and shareholders' meetings, assist directors with their appointment and continuing education, provide them with the materials they need to perform their duties, and assist them with compliance.
