Respect for Human Rights

Mirle Group respects human rights and creates a dignified working environment. We treat employees, customers, partners, and suppliers with dignity and continue to enhance and improve the management of human rights-related issues to protect the fundamentals of employees and stakeholders.
Mirle formulates human rights policies based on the "Labor Standards Act", "Employment Services Act," and " Equality in Employment Act " and other relevant laws and regulations and international norms. We implement various labor health and safety, environment, ethics, and management systems policies to ensure the working environment is safe and that employees are respected and dignified.
