Stone Lin

Chairman & CEO

Mr. Stone Lin is the Chief Executive Officer of Mirle Group. Since joining Mirle in 1989, he has served as sales manager, Sales Director, Vice General Manager, General Manager and Vice President. With more than 30 years of practical experiences, Mr. Stone Lin has brought outstanding growth to Mirle's business and successfully led the group to become a leader in the intelligent automation field.

Before joining Mirle Group, Mr. Lin worked for the Mechanical Industry Research Laboratories (MIRL), in Industrial Technology Research Institute. He graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of National Cheng Kung University.

Jerry Lee

General Manager, Advanced System Business Group

Mr. Jerry Lee joined Mirle Group since 2002 and served as an engineering manager. Mr. Lee is currently the General Manager of Advanced System Business Group, Semiconductor Optoelectronics Group, and Industrial Control Business Group.

Mr. Lee has participated in the research and development of FPD Loader & Robot integration system, Semiconductor EFEM system, and machines such as Laser Scriber and Vacuum laminating, and AOI inspection machine. Mr. Lee also led the development of the FPD/Semiconductor AGV and OHT handling system to fulfill the equipment requirements for high-end process capacity expansion. He is responsible for combining factory automation and Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), allowing Mirle to provide a total solution for the Industry 4.0 intelligent factory.

Mr. Jerry Lee received his M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Central University.

Cosmo Chang

General Manager, Intelligent Robotics Business Group&Smart Manufacturing Center

Joined Mirle Group in 2023, Mr. Cosmo Chang serves as the General Manager of the New Energy Business Group and the Purchasing Division at Mirle Group. He possesses vast experience in factory planning, production process research and development, process equipment development, and production line planning.

Before joining Mirle Group, Mr. Cosmo Chang held positions as a factory director at Chi Mei Optoelectronics Corporation and Innolux Corporation, and a Director of Production Technology at Xianyang CaiHong Optoelectronics Technology Co.,Ltd.

Mr. Cosmo Chang has received his M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University.

C.B. Lay

General Manager, Automated Equipment Business Group / Operational Engineering Center

Mr. C.B. Lay, joined Mirle Group in 2004, commenced his career as a Product Design Engineer in the Automated Equipment Business Group, where he dedicated 11 years to contributing to the division's growth. In 2015, he transitioned to the Operational Engineering Center.With over two decades of experience in researching, developing, and operating industrial equipment, Mr. C.B. Lay is currently serving as the Acting General Manager of both the Automation Business Group and the Operations Engineering Center.

Before joining Mirle Group, Mr. C.B. Lay worked in the vehicle development department at Ta Ching Motor Co. He graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the National Pingtung University of Science and Technology.

Yu Tsay Tsai

Acting General Manager, Digital Technology Business Group

Mr. Yu Tsay Tsai joined Mirle Group in 1999 and served as an IT Engineer, Technical Manager, Director, Managing Director, and Vice General Manager. He is currently the Acting General Manager of the Digital Technology Business Group.

Mr. Yu Tsay Tsai has worked at Mirle Group for over two decades. He specializes in information and network technology, information security, big data, intelligent manufacturing software systems, enterprise digital transformation, and project management.

He has been in charge of IT service projects and in the pivotal position to assess, plan, implement, and manage large-scale integration projects, such as the platforms of big data, AI modeling & automatic labeling, AOI development, and intelligent equipment fault detection systems. He is also accountable for war room platforms and total solutions to intelligent manufacturing.

Before joining Mirle, Mr. Yu Tsay Tsai worked for Tatung Company and Coretronic Corporation. He graduated from the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at Chung Hua University.

Yi-Hsien Tseng

Acting General Manager, Managing Director, Intelligent Manufacturing Center

Mr. Yi-Hsien Tseng joined Mirle Group in 2001 and has held several positions, including Director of the Semiconductor Business Group and General Manager of the Quality Assurance Center.

With more than 20 years of experience in the semiconductor and automation industries, Mr. Tseng’s areas of expertise include project management, quality management, supply chain strategy, procurement management, and supplier relationship management. During his tenure as General Manager of the Quality Assurance Center, he was responsible for developing and enhancing the Group’s quality management systems to ensure compliance with international standards. In his current role, he oversees supply chain operations, improves procurement efficiency, strengthens supplier collaboration, and ensures the stability and resilience of the Group’s global supply chain.

Mr. Yi-Hsien Tseng graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the National Taipei University of Technology.

Max Lin

Chief Financial Officer and Spokesperson

Joined Mirle Group in 2005, Mr. Max Lin is the Chief Financial Officer and Spokesperson of Mirle. Mr. Lin is responsible for financial management, including accounting affairs, financial planning, investment management, stock affairs, financial risk management, customer credit management, foreign exchange management, and operation and management performance analysis.

Before joining Mirle Group, Mr. Lin worked for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited and accumulated many years of working experience in professional financial accounting, capital market, and international taxation.

Mr. Lin graduated from the Accounting Department of Feng Chia University and obtained the Certified Public Accountant of Taiwan.

Charles Kao

Chief Technical Officer

In 2021, Dr. Charles Kao joined Mirle Group as Chief Technical Officer. Dr. Kao is responsible for the company's quality assurance center, information security, and intellectual property departments.

Dr. Charles Kao has more than 25 years of experience in R&D, marketing, and management of semiconductor, PCB, and LED exposure equipment, such as photoresist coating, etching, crystal growth, baking, etc. Before joining Mirle Group, he worked in Hermes-Epitek Corp., C Sun Mfg Ltd., Advanced System Technology Co., Ltd, and SIGOLD OPTICS Inc.

Dr. Charles Kao graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of National Taiwan University, obtained a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, and an EMBA from National Tsing Hua University.
