Mirle Group, in cooperation with the HsinChu Christian United Caring Association, Chinese Marketplace Torsion Association, and long-term local partners such as the YWCA, World Vision, Prison Fellowship, and various churches in Hsinchu, has been hosting the “Angels Come to Shine Charity Activity” for five years. Embracing the concept of “Becoming Angels to Fulfill Christmas Wishes,” Mirle employees passionately participate each year by adopting and fulfilling the Christmas wishes of children from vulnerable families. From collecting and adopting to purchasing, every gift was thoughtfully prepared. In 2024, a total of 551 children's Christmas wishes were realized.
In his speech, Mirle Group’s Chairman Sun Houng said that this initiative started with the idea of "helping children from vulnerable families achieve their dreams." After an in-depth understanding of urgent and vulnerable children's needs by local public welfare groups and churches, Mirle Group employees were invited to adopt and prepare gifts. Sun Houng pointed out that, as the daily lives of the high technology industry workers are busy, their minds are often occupied with sales, gross profit, and KPIs. However, this initiative, which is "not part of a KPI," is a voluntary public welfare action completed by employees. It holds great significance and brings a subtle yet positive force into the company's governance.
