In recent years, Mirle Group has provided equipment to the semiconductor industry. In response to the client’s needs, such as flexible production processes and limited factory space, Mirle has developed a ZIP STK storage device and successfully implemented it in large semiconductor packaging and testing factories.

With the miniaturization of semiconductors, demand for Reticle has risen sharply, and the storage of Reticles directly affects the production yield rate. MIRLE developed the application for storing Reticle boxes with ZIP STK to meet clients' storage needs and increase space utilization.

Design Features:
1. Meets SEMI S2 standards.
2. The pick-and-place accuracy is ≤ 0.5mm; the vibration value is ≤ 0.3G, which ensures that the reticle box will not be damaged during the transport process.
3. The ZIP STK size is 2700mm* 2400mm, and the circular rotary lifting storage design can effectively increase storage quantity.
4. its storage quantity can be expanded flexibly
5. It can automatically connect various AMHS equipment, such as OHT and AGV.
