IPM (Intelligent Predictive Maintenance)

IPM is a proactive strategy that monitors equipment’s degradation anomalies and uses AI algorithms to predict when equipment may malfunction so that maintenance or repair can be arranged before failure occurs.
The goal of IPM is to optimize the use of maintenance resources. By predicting when critical components are likely to fail, maintenance can be scheduled only when it is actually needed, thereby avoiding unnecessary expenditure on maintenance staffing and materials and preventing unexpected downtime.
IPM collects data from key components by installing various sensors on the equipment. This data is then transmitted to the IPM server and subsequently undergoes "data preprocessing," "data quality check," and "predictive algorithm core" to generate EHI (Equipment Health Index) and RUL (Remaining Useful Life) for the purpose of equipment failure prediction.
Users can view the health status lights and remaining life in real-time through the Web GUI (Graphical User Interface).
